NovaStream Productions seeks a results-driven Senior Video Producer to lead high-profile branded content and short films from concept to delivery. This role blends creative leadership with production management in a fast-paced environment.
\nAs a core member of our production team, you will collaborate with creative directors, clients and editors to craft visually compelling stories that resonate across platforms.
\nYou will own scope from pre-production through post-production, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exceptional quality.
Responsibility

- Lead end-to-end video projects from concept through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-brand results. \n
- Collaborate with creative directors, clients, and producers to translate ideas into compelling stories. \n
- Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, permits, and resource allocation. \n
- Oversee pre-production planning, shot lists, storyboards, and location scouting. \n
- Direct teams on set, including director of photography, lighting, grip, sound, and talent. \n
- Coordinate post-production workflows, editing, color correction, and sound design. \n
- Maintain quality control and ensure delivery of final assets across multiple formats and platforms. \n
Qualification
- \n
- 5+ years of professional experience in film or video production, with a strong reel of branded content and short-form films. \n
- Proficiency in video editing and post-production software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve). \n
- Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills. \n
- Experience directing multi-camera shoots and on-set leadership. \n
- Strong storytelling ability with keen eye for composition, lighting, and sound. \n
- Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, or related field preferred. \n
