Join a dynamic, award-winning studio in Los Angeles as a Senior Video Producer. You will lead end-to-end production for branded content, commercials, and short-form narratives across multiple campaigns. This role blends creative direction, logistical excellence, and hands-on leadership on set and in post-production.

Responsibility
- Plan and manage all production phases from concept to delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, permits, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate concepts into compelling storytelling and on-brand visual strategies.
- Direct on-set productions, supervise crew, ensure safety, and manage equipment and locations.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including ingest, editing handoffs, color, audio, and final deliverables.
- Coordinate talent casting, agencies, locations, permits, and risk assessments to mitigate delays.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and client communications; provide executive summaries and status updates.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards across all outputs.
Qualification
- 5+ years in video/film production with leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency with production software and tools (Celtx, StudioBinder, Shotgun, or equivalent) and post apps (Premiere Pro/Final Cut, After Effects).
- On-set experience as Producer or Supervising Producer; ability to lead diverse crews with diplomacy.
- Excellent knowledge of post-production workflows and deliverable packaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and travel to locations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
