Job description

Lumina Studios is seeking a Senior Video Producer to lead high-impact branded content from concept to delivery in the heart of Los Angeles. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on production leadership to deliver cinematic, on-brand storytelling across multiple campaigns.

You will partner with creative directors, directors, and editors to ensure the production plan aligns with creative vision, timelines, and budget. Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end production for branded content, short films, and corporate videos from concept through delivery.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource plans to hit milestones.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, directors, cinematographers, and editors to realize the vision.
  • Hire, negotiate, and manage crew, vendors, locations, and permits; ensure safety and compliance on set.
  • Oversee on-set operations, shot lists, continuity, and daily review cycles to stay on schedule.
  • Oversee post-production handoff, reviewing rough cuts, color, sound design, and final deliverables.
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and align with marketing goals and audience needs.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of professional production experience in film/video with a strong reel/portfolio.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi-project pipelines.
  • Proficiency with production software: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, After Effects; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; comfortable leading diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute.
  • Strong knowledge of permits, unions, location scouting, safety protocols, and insurance considerations.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Los Angeles with occasional travel as needed.
