Join CineVerse Studios, a premier film and video production house based in Los Angeles. We are seeking a Senior Video Producer to lead end-to-end productions—from concept development to final delivery. You will partner with creative directors, editors, and clients to craft compelling storytelling across branded content, short films, and social video campaigns. This role blends strategic planning, creative oversight, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you'll do at CineVerse: oversee multi-project calendars, manage clients and budgets, guide on-set production, supervise post-production, and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and timelines. You will mentor junior producers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate production quality.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end video productions from concept through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-brand results.
- Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate creative teams on set, including directors, DP, producers, and editors.
- Oversee post-production to ensure color, sound, and effects meet high standards.
- Collaborate with clients to translate objectives into compelling storytelling and clear briefs.
- Mentor junior producers and optimize production workflows for efficiency.
- Mitigate risks, ensure safety on set, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Qualification
- 5+ years in video production with a proven track record in branded content or film.
- Strong project management and client-facing communication skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve; familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Experience on-set production coordinating crews, gear, and locations.
- Solid understanding of lighting, sound design, color grading, and post-production workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating storytelling across formats (short-form, long-form, social).
