We are seeking a Senior Video Producer to lead high profile productions from concept through delivery. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end video productions from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with creative directors, clients, and production teams to translate briefs into actionable plans.
- Develop budgets, schedules, and production timelines; manage vendor and crew relationships.
- Direct on set activities including camera, lighting, and sound coordination to achieve creative goals.
- Oversee post production, including editing, color grading, sound design, and final deliverables).
- Ensure quality control, legal compliance, and brand consistency across all assets.
- Mentor junior producers and coordinators; drive process improvements and efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and asset management for easy retrieval and reuse.
Qualification
- 4+ years of professional video production experience, including branded content, commercials, or short form narrative work.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership of multi stage productions.
- Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and sound on set; ability to troubleshoot in dynamic environments.
- Expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve; familiarity with after effects is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving; proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to flourish under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
