PulseLight Studios is a premier film and video production house based in Los Angeles. We craft compelling stories for feature films, streaming platforms, and branded content. We are seeking a Senior Video Producer to oversee end-to-end production, collaborate with directors, DP, and editors, and ensure delivery on time and on budget.

In this role, you’ll manage complex shoots, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive creative execution from concept to post. This is a high-impact position for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility

  • Lead production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management for multiple projects.
  • Coordinate all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production timelines with Directors, DP, and editors.
  • Manage on-set operations, permits, safety, and compliance across locations and studios.
  • Oversee asset delivery, color, and post-production handoff to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to define creative briefs and manage approvals and revisions.
  • Mentor junior producers, interns, and production assistants to optimize workflow.
  • Forecast risks, mitigate issues, and continuously improve production processes.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in film/video production, with TV or branded content experience
  • Proven track record managing multi-camera shoots, location shoots, and remote productions
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor-management skills; proficiency with StudioBinder, Frame.io, Shotgun, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities; adept at cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of permits, unions, safety standards, and workflow compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio environment in Los Angeles
