We are seeking a Senior Video Producer to lead end-to-end production from concept through delivery. This role blends strategic planning, creative oversight, and hands-on production management to ensure projects meet objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with directors, editors, and clients, developing production plans, risk assessment, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with the creative vision.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with directors, DP, editors, and clients to translate concepts into actionable production plans and shot lists.
  • Own procurement and vendor management, including location scouting, permits, casting, and equipment rentals.
  • Oversee on-set supervision, safety, and creative problem solving to maintain schedule and quality standards.
  • Coordinate post-production handoffs, review dailies, and ensure timely delivery of final assets.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation, status reporting, and risk management to keep projects on budget.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in film, television, or branded video production, with a proven track record delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in pre-production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Proficiency with production software and tools (Shot Designer, StudioBinder, Frame.io, and basic editing familiarity).
  • Knowledge of lighting, sound, permits, union guidelines, and safety protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field preferred.
