Job description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Video Producer to join our award winning team in Los Angeles. You will oversee end to end production for commercial and branded video projects.
In this role you will shepherd creative concepts, coordinate pre production, shoots, and post production, and ensure on time delivery with high quality standards.
Eligible candidates have a track record managing multi project shoots, strong stakeholder communication, and a deep working knowledge of film and video workflows.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end production for branded video campaigns, short form content, and long form pieces
- Develop production schedules, budgets, and logistics; manage vendor relationships
- Cast and coordinate talent, crew, and locations; secure permits when needed
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate concepts into production briefs and shot lists
- Direct on set or remote shoots, ensuring safety, quality, and on time delivery
- Oversee post production handoff, reviews, and final deliverables across multiple formats
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal rights management, and licensing requirements
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior producers, coordinators, and interns
Qualification
- 5+ years as a video producer or production manager in film, television, or advertising
- Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling experience across multiple concurrent projects
- Proven ability to manage shoots in Los Angeles and at external locations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with creative, agency, and client teams
- Proficiency with on set production equipment, lighting, and sound; familiarity with camera packages
- Experience with post production workflows in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Portfolio featuring branded content, commercials, or short films
- Legal right to work in the United States and ability to travel as needed
