Join a leading semiconductor company as a Senior Wire Bond NPI Engineer based in the vibrant city of Cebu, Philippines. You will play a key role in leading wire bond and IVI process qualification, driving EFAR investigations, and defining WB technology and material roadmaps.
Responsibility
- Lead wire bond and IVI process qualification and safe launch
- Drive EFAR investigations

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in wire bonding and NPI engineering
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
