Responsibility
- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
- Greet customers warmly, present menus, and answer any questions about menu offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and organized manner.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and table settings.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and return change accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to create a pleasant dining atmosphere and support daily operations.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
- Previous experience as a server or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, professional, and positive attitude.
