Responsibility
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders, using POS ordering software
- Serve orders promptly and check on guest satisfaction during their meal
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after each guest
- Handle guest issues or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary
- Process bills and accept payments accurately
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK)
- Previous experience as a server, waiter/waitress, or in a hospitality role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Neat, organized, and presentable appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
