As a Service Advisor at Private Advertiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring After Sales Excellence. We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of automotive service processes and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibility
- Provide professional advice and guidance to customers on automotive service options
- Coordinate service appointments and follow-up with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and timely service updates
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and manage service requests
Qualification
- Minimum of a Vocational School (SMK) degree in Automotive Engineering, D3/S1 preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
