Responsibility
- Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Diesel Rotary UPS (DRUPS) and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems at client sites.
- Conduct routine electrical inspections and preventive maintenance for power backup equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver seamless service solutions and timely completion of assignments.
- Provide technical support and on-site training for clients on DRUPS and UPS systems operations.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and feedback for continual process improvement.
- Participate in emergency call-outs and provide timely on-site support as required.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in electrical engineering and power systems.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in servicing electrical systems, DRUPS, UPS, or similar power backup solutions.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with hands-on skills.
- Good understanding of electrical schematics, power distribution, and safety protocols.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client support.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-site challenges professionally.
- Comfortable with rotational standby duties and occasional travel to client locations within the region.
