Join Kawan Lama as a Service Operation Staff and contribute to reliable and high quality service delivery across Jakarta Utara and surrounding areas. In this role you will inspect equipment, diagnose faults, and perform repairs or installations in accordance with our standardized procedures. You will work closely with our field operations team to ensure minimal downtime, safe operation, and optimal performance of customer systems. As a member of the service operations team you will play a critical role in maintaining equipment uptime, documenting service actions, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will follow safety guidelines, use diagnostic tools, and communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is technically curious, reliable, and ready to travel to client sites as needed.
Responsibility
- Inspect and diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment to identify faults and performance issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations following standardized procedures.
- Install new components, test systems, and commission equipment on customer sites.
- Accurately document service actions, parts used, and outcomes in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with field technicians and service teams to resolve complex issues quickly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate PPE during on site visits.
- Provide clear communication to customers and internal teams, offering improvement recommendations.
Qualification
- Diploma or technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field, or proven equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of field service, maintenance, or operations experience is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics and operate diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Jakarta and surrounding areas as required.
