We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial refrigeration equipment across the Asia-Pacific region. Responsibility
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on industrial refrigeration equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all service work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance tasks, and repairs
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician or service technician
- Relevant certification in HVAC or refrigeration systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
