You will oversee end-to-end shipping activities, lead cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence across sea and air freight, customs compliance, and carrier partnerships.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily shipping operations across sea and air freight channels, ensuring on-time, damage-free deliveries and accurate documentation.
- Strategically manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and optimize transit times and service levels.
- Implement end-to-end logistics processes, including order fulfillment, carrier selection, routing, and exception handling.
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms, customs regulations, trade controls, and internal policies while minimizing risk.
- Collaborate with sales, warehousing, and compliance teams to align operations with customer requirements and strategic goals.
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, transit times, cost per shipment) and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the shipping team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on shipping or logistics management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and international trade compliance.
- Strong proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate teams, and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
