Responsibility
- Coordinate international and domestic shipments from order to delivery, ensuring on-time performance.
- Select and negotiate with carriers, freight forwarders, and service providers to optimize cost and service levels.
- Prepare and verify all shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve exceptions, and communicate proactive updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, trade controls, and customs clearance processes.
- Track KPIs (on-time delivery, transit times, cost per shipment) and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, procurement, and sales to optimize inventory flow and lead times.
- Support ERP/WMS data integrity and reporting to support decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, Incoterms 2020/2021, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
