Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end shipment planning and execution for domestic and international orders, from order confirmation to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to secure capacity and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor shipments for on-time delivery, diagnose delays, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruption.
  • Process and verify shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, permits) and ensure accuracy for customs clearance.
  • Optimize routes, consolidate shipments, and negotiate rates with carriers to reduce overall transportation costs.
  • Maintain accurate data in WMS/ERP systems, generate performance metrics, and provide actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on service quality and on-time problem resolution.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of shipping/logistics, freight forwarding, or distribution operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, export/import compliance, and customs documentation.
  • Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; ability to analyze data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of collaborating across departments and with external partners.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work cross-functionally to meet service level targets.
