In this role, you will manage daily showroom activity, greet guests, qualify leads, and guide customers from inquiry to checkout. You will maintain impeccable merchandising, ensure stock accuracy, and collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets. Training will cover product knowledge, installation options, warranty terms, and after-sales support, so you can confidently address questions and build lasting relationships. You will use a user-friendly POS system to process orders, handle payments, and issue receipts. This is a full-time position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering service excellence.

Responsibility
- Greet customers, qualify needs, and present suitable products from our showroom collection.
- Demonstrate product features, materials, and finishes; upsell accessories and complementary items.
- Maintain impeccable merchandising, signage, and cleanliness to create an inviting showroom experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system; handle payments and receipts.
- Build and nurture customer relationships; follow up for post-purchase support and future visits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets; monitor performance and adapt strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer journeys from inquiry to delivery.
- Stay informed about promotions, warranty terms, and installation options to provide accurate guidance.
Qualification
- 1+ year of retail sales or showroom experience is preferred; strong communication skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities; confident, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills, and cash handling.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of interior design or furniture is a plus; willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
