Join Hap Suy Hardware Co., Inc. as a Site Acquisition Officer and contribute to the expansion of our Powerhouse Stores network in Binondo, Metro Manila. In this role, you will assess trade area readiness and secure prime locations for our stores.
Responsibility
- Conduct site evaluations to identify ideal locations for new stores
- Negotiate deals with property owners and real estate agents
- Ensure compliance with local zoning laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the construction team for store build-outs
- Manage lease agreements and renewals
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in site acquisition or real estate
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
