Responsibility
- Identify, survey, and evaluate potential sites for project suitability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate with landowners and stakeholders to secure necessary site agreements and lease contracts.
- Prepare, review, and process all permits, licenses, and legal documentation required for site acquisition.
- Liaise with local government agencies, utility companies, and relevant authorities to expedite approvals.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, construction, and legal to ensure seamless project handover.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address issues that may delay site acquisition.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately and confidentially for audit and compliance purposes.
- Prepare regular status reports and provide updates to management on site acquisition progress.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or project management, preferably in construction or telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of local zoning laws, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel within the Ilocos Region as needed.
