Join Private Advertiser as a Site Engineer to lead construction projects from conception to completion in Batangas City. You will coordinate with design teams, general contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Site Engineer, you will be the on-site technical lead, translating architectural and structural drawings into actionable field work, resolving design issues, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Responsibility
- Lead on-site supervision of civil works, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, and project schedule.
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and submittals; provide technical guidance to construction teams.
- Monitor QA/QC activities and enforce safety standards, codes, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Track progress, prepare daily site reports, and support schedule updates and cost control.
- Manage material deliveries, usage, inventory, and procurement recommendations; review change orders.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure proper documentation for as-built records.
- Support commissioning and final handover with thorough documentation and punch lists.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer license (PRC) is a plus.
- 2-5 years of site engineering or supervisory experience in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes; familiarity with local regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office; ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to supervise teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities; capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed; safety-conscious and compliant with health standards.
