Pro Chain Constructions Indonesia is seeking a qualified Site Engineer CSA to lead field execution of civil, structural, and architectural works on active construction sites in Jawa Tengah. This hands-on role requires technical expertise, strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and a passion for delivering safe, high-quality buildings on schedule.
As the Site Engineer CSA, you will translate design intent into on-site reality, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to execute works efficiently while maintaining stringent QA/QC and safety standards. You will monitor progress, prepare daily reports, manage RFI and change orders, and support commissioning and handover activities.

Responsibility
- Lead the on-site execution of civil, structural, and architectural works, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Review drawings, specifications, and Method Statements; translate design intent into on-site actions and work plans.
- Coordinate daily with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors; manage RFIs, change orders, and coordination meetings.
- Monitor site safety and compliance with HSE policies; conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments.
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and testing results; enforce QA/QC standards and non-conformance management.
- Track progress against project milestones; prepare weekly progress reports and escalate risks to the site leadership.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, as-built drawings, procurement records, and installation records.
- Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities, ensuring smooth transition to operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of site engineering experience in civil/structural/architectural construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS); strong MS Office skills.
- Solid knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC processes.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities; capable of leading on-site teams.
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
