As a maintenance site engineer, you will coordinate on-site activities, diagnose and fix issues, and lead preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Responsibility
- Conduct on-site inspections and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations at Changi Prison facilities.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues, providing timely resolutions and escalation as needed.
- Plan and supervise preventive maintenance programs, asset integrity checks, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage subcontractors, equipment, and materials; ensure quality workmanship and on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation including work orders, service reports, and asset logs, and contribute to the asset management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (facility operations, security, environmental health and safety) to support mission-critical operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore safety standards and internal policies, including WSH guidelines.
Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-4 years of site engineering/maintenance experience in facilities or industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems; ability to read basic drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CMMS or maintenance management software.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations (WSH) and commitment to workplace safety.
