We are looking for a dynamic Site Manager to join our team at China Harbour Engineering Company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading architectural projects, with a strong emphasis on BCA CONQUAS and QM standards.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage architectural projects
- Ensure compliance with BCA CONQUAS and QM standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project budget and schedule
- Oversee site safety and quality control
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong understanding of BCA CONQUAS and QM standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
