Responsibility
- Lead on-site execution of building projects, ensuring safety, quality, scope, and schedule adherence.
- Develop and implement site management plans, methods, and workflows to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate daily with project teams including engineers, architects, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Manage on-site resources such as manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor mobilization.
- Monitor progress, track costs, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, quality assurance procedures, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident reporting to prevent delays and maintain quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of site management experience in building construction.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and solid MS Office skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Willingness to be placed across Indonesia as needed and travel for project-site requirements.
