AlwaysHired is seeking a dedicated Site Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to join our team in Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project costing, quantity take-offs, and contract administration. Accuracy and adherence to project requirements are crucial in this position.
Responsibility
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for electrical projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Manage and track project costs to keep within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze and assess potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate with stakeholders regarding project status.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
