Private Advertiser is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to lead our cleaning and engineering services team in Batu Kawan, Penang. This role blends on-site supervision with hands-on operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all site activities. You will coordinate with on-site teams, manage schedules, and liaise with clients to meet service level agreements. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor performance, enforce safety policies, and ensure environmental and quality standards are met. Collaborate with facility managers, subcontractors, and internal departments to plan and deliver reliable services that exceed client expectations. Responsibility
- Oversee daily cleaning and engineering service operations at on-site locations in Batu Kawan, Penang.
- Lead and manage a on-site team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environment policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to plan and execute service delivery.
- Inspect workmanship and materials, ensuring quality control and adherence to SOPs.
- Maintain site documentation, prepare daily progress reports, and track KPIs.
- Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and asset maintenance for facilities.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field; relevant site supervision experience is a plus.
- At least 1 year of site supervision experience, preferably in cleaning or facilities services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of basic AutoCAD or interpretation of drawings is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Batu Kawan, Penang and travel to client sites as required.
