Private Advertiser is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our growing construction team in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve daily targets and milestones.
- Monitor quality, inspect workmanship, and ensure compliance with project plans, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage site safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce safety policies to maintain high safety standards.
- Track progress, prepare daily site reports, and communicate updates to project managers and clients.
- Coordinate deliveries, material storage, and equipment to minimize delays and optimize site logistics.
- Resolve on-site issues, material shortages, and weather-related risks through proactive problem solving.
- Support close-out activities, including snagging, commissioning, and documentation handover.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in construction, with Kuala Lumpur-based projects preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards; ability to implement risk assessments and safety plans.
- Experience reading drawings, schedules, and specifications; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, hands-on, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Valid certifications or training relevant to site supervision and safety is preferred.
