Responsibility
- Prospect and engage skincare retailers, clinics, and beauty studios within the assigned territory.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain the benefits of our skincare products to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; nurture repeat business through professional follow-ups.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, close deals, and achieve monthly targets.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms while ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to feedback market insights and optimize campaigns.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualification
- 2+ years of skincare or beauty product sales experience (FMCG considered).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-service mindset.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with good time management.
- Willingness to travel within the Klang Valley and surrounding areas; valid driving license may be advantageous.
- Basic product knowledge and a passion for skincare; eager to learn and grow with the brand.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
