Responsibility

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Eligible for or registered with the provincial social work regulatory body or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in case management or direct client services in social services.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Knowledge of housing, employment, welfare programs, and community resources in the Toronto area.
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office; commitment to data privacy.
  • Bilingual English/French (preferred) or commitment to serve diverse communities.
