Responsibility
- Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of social services programs.
- Supervise and mentor case managers, counselors, and support staff.
- Coordinate cross-functional services (housing, employment, health, legal aid) for clients.
- Develop program policies, intake protocols, and quality assurance processes.
- Analyze outcomes data to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
- Engage with community partners, funders, and stakeholders.
- Prepare grant reports and manage program budgets.
- Advise on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Psychology, or a related field; MSW preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in social services with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of community resources, housing programs, and client rights.
- Proven experience in program development, evaluation, and grant reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Data literacy with familiarity in outcomes measurement and electronic case management systems.
- Commitment to equity, trauma-informed care, and client-centered practices.
