We are hiring a Spanish bilingual Sales Representative for our Makati City-based team. In partnership with a Canada-based company, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting sales objectives. As the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Responsibility
- Handle Spanish- and English-language inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Qualify prospects and support the sales cycle by gathering needs and presenting appropriate solutions
- Process orders, renewals, and billing inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain up-to-date customer information in the CRM and generate accurate activity reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, and billing to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to achievement of team targets
- Resolve customer issues promptly, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely follow-through
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards in a fast-paced, Canada-based environment
Qualification
- Fluent or native-level Spanish and professional proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or similar roles (BPO or international company a plus)
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chat; strong keyboard and CRM usage
- Detail-oriented with strong data-entry and documentation practices
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to work effectively in a multicultural team
- Stable internet connection and a suitable workspace; minimum 40-hour workweek
- Goal-driven with ability to meet or exceed performance metrics
