Key responsibilities encompass cultivating long-term relationships, presenting tailored spare parts solutions, handling quotes and orders, coordinating with inventory and logistics for on-time delivery, and maintaining comprehensive CRM records. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay current on new parts launches and promotions, and actively contribute to product feedback and market insights that inform our sales strategy.

Responsibility

  • Drive revenue by selling spare parts to both existing and new customers in the Surabaya area.
  • Identify customer needs, recommend suitable spare parts, and upsell additional products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide proactive after-sales support.
  • Process quotations, place orders, and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and order follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
  • Update CRM with customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to optimize customer solutions.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in spare parts sales, automotive parts, or related industry (1-3 years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with good time management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of spare parts catalogs, stock management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
