Grab is seeking a dynamic Driver Acquisition Specialist to grow our network of delivery partners in Marikina City and across Metro Manila. In this role, you will lead end to end driver recruitment initiatives, design efficient onboarding programs, and partner with operations to ensure reliable activation of new drivers. You will own the candidate experience and shape our approach to attracting top talent in a fast paced gig economy.
As a key member of the growth team, you will leverage data driven sourcing strategies, build strong relationships with driver communities, and collaborate with cross functional teams to meet demand during peak seasons. You will have the opportunity to influence recruitment planning, optimize processes, and contribute to Grab's mission of providing safe, affordable, and accessible transportation and delivery services across the Philippines.
You will work closely with city operations, marketing, and vendor partners to design creative campaigns that reach potential drivers and highlight Grab as a preferred partner. Your work will directly impact service levels and customer experience, enabling faster onboarding and activation of new drivers when and where they are needed most.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute driver recruitment strategies to attract delivery partners across Metro Manila.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified drivers through partnerships with driving schools, universities, community groups, job boards, and social media.
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates; design efficient interview processes; coordinate with operations for onboarding and activation.
- Collaborate with city operations to forecast driver demand and optimize onboarding schedules to meet service level goals.
- Analyze recruiting metrics such as time to fill, cost per hire, and source effectiveness, and report insights to leadership to guide strategy.
- Manage relationships with driver communities, training vendors, and partner organizations to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Deliver onboarding support including document verification, scheduling training, and assisting new drivers through activation and ramp in their first weeks.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in logistics, gig economy, or driver recruitment.
- Proven ability to source candidates across multiple channels and conduct effective interviews.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools; data driven mindset; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and work flexible hours to support recruitment cycles.
- Self motivated with strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem solving abilities.
