NovaMed Innovations, a premier center for specialized medicine, is expanding its clinical and research teams in Boston. We seek a compassionate, results-driven physician with expertise in a subspecialty such as neuroimmunology, rheumatology, endocrinology, or oncology-integrated care. This role blends direct patient care with leadership in clinical programs and collaborative research.

Responsibility
- Provide expert clinical care to patients with complex, subspecialty conditions, establishing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across clinics, tumor boards, and case conferences to optimize patient outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based protocols and standard-of-care procedures within the specialty.
- Oversee patient safety, adverse event reporting, and regulatory compliance for clinical activities and trials.
- Collaborate with research teams to design, conduct, and publish results from clinical studies and translational projects.
- Mentor junior physicians, fellows, and nursing staff; contribute to education and training programs.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and outcome measurement to drive continuous care enhancements.
- Represent the department in external collaborations, grants, and scientific meetings.
Qualification
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with board certification in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., neurology, rheumatology, endocrinology, oncology, or related field).
- Active medical license to practice in Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience in specialized medicine or a related subspecialty.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical trials, protocol development, and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Excellent communication, empathy, and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and teaching abilities for multidisciplinary teams.
- Track record of research contributions and publications is highly desirable.
