Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate high-quality patient care across subspecialties within Specialized Medicine.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to complex cases.
- Drive clinical quality improvement initiatives and outcomes measurement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, researchers, and administrators to advance programs.
- Oversee clinical trials and participate in research activities when applicable.
- Educate residents, fellows, and staff through mentorship and teaching.
- Engage with patients and families to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualification
- MD/DO with board certification in a relevant subspecialty; fellowship in Specialized Medicine preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in specialized medicine or related field.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality patient outcomes and safety.
- Experience with research coordination and participation in clinical trials.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and lead program development.
- Active medical licensure in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
