You will be the face of our products, building relationships with customers and store teams while maintaining a professional appearance and strict adherence to company standards.
Your responsibilities include actively promoting Dana Purna Investama products, conducting live demonstrations, and clearly communicating features, benefits, and promotions to shoppers. You will listen to customer needs, answer questions, overcome objections, and guide buyers toward the right solutions. You will maintain attractive product displays, ensure accurate pricing, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishment with store teams. You will process sales transactions, handle payments, and provide reliable receipts and loyalty information. You will collect feedback and insights from customers and store staff to help optimize in-store strategies and campaigns. Above all, you will deliver exceptional customer service with energy, integrity, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibility
- Promote and sell Dana Purna Investama products directly to customers at strategic retail locations in Palembang.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features, benefits, and promotions to shoppers.
- Provide outstanding customer service, identify customer needs, and guide them to suitable solutions.
- Maintain attractive, compliant product displays and ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and replenishment.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle payments, and issue receipts or loyalty program details.
- Meet or exceed daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing or store team for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to brand standards, dress code, and store policies while representing the company professionally.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or sales is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly, confident demeanor.
- Ability to engage customers, listen actively, and present products with clarity.
- Good numeracy and basic cash-handling skills; comfortable with point-of-sale systems.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends if required.
- Team player with the initiative to learn and adapt quickly to product knowledge and promotions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
