Responsibility
- Officiate assigned matches in line with sport-specific rules and safety guidelines.
- Manage game flow, keep accurate time, signal fouls, and issue disciplinary measures as needed.
- Communicate clearly with players, coaches, and event staff to maintain fair play and safety.
- Complete accurate pre-match checks, post-match reports, and incident logs.
- Stay updated on rule changes and participate in ongoing training and certification.
- Collaborate with club officials and medical staff to address injuries and on-field issues.
- Promote positive sporting conduct and model professional behavior for participants.
Qualification
- Minimum 1–2 years of refereeing or officiating experience at youth, amateur, or semi-professional levels.
- Official certification from a recognized refereeing body or willingness to obtain required certifications within 6–12 months.
- Strong knowledge of sport-specific rules and rulings; excellent decision-making under pressure.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and public-speaking skills.
- High level of physical fitness and ability to maintain focus throughout matches.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends; reliable transportation to venues.
- Commitment to safeguarding, diversity, and professional ethics in sports.
