As part of our safety leadership team, you will develop and implement policies, SOPs, and comprehensive risk assessments across departments. Responsibility

  • Lead hospital-wide EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, SOPs, and risk assessments across departments.
  • Oversee incident investigations and root cause analyses, driving corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate EHS training, safety drills, and safety culture initiatives across the Organization.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare leadership dashboards, and report on safety and environmental outcomes.
  • Manage hazardous materials, waste management, chemical safety, and PPE programs.
  • Collaborate with clinical, facilities, and operations teams to integrate safety into daily hospital workflows and projects.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and auditors; support inspections and compliance reporting.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional EHS certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP) or equivalent; active membership with local bodies preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive EHS experience, preferably in healthcare or large facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements (WSH Act, healthcare standards) and best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and ability to influence multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, training, incident investigation, and data analytics skills.
