Responsibility
- Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal operations teams; resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain organized order files, update ERP/CRM systems, and prepare daily or weekly status reports.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics to align capacity with deadlines.
- Monitor order changes, cancellations, or returns and communicate updates to customers.
- Assist with invoicing, documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support quality checks and documentation for shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years in administrative support or order coordination; textile industry experience preferred.
- Excellent Indonesian communication; working English is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using ERP/CRM or order management software.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
