Job description
Join Micron Semiconductors in Singapore as a Staff Engineer focused on Wet Process Development for NAND flash technology. In this role you will own complex wet process modules, from chemical delivery to surface preparation, and drive innovations that improve yield, reliability, and process stability in one of the world's leading memory manufacturers.
As a key member of the Process Development team, you will collaborate with Process Integration, Equipment Engineering, and Quality groups to translate new chemistries and process concepts into robust manufacturing solutions. You will design, execute, and analyze experiments, define process windows, and implement scalable improvements that reduce defects and improve device performance. You will mentor engineers, present findings to leadership, and help shape the future NAND roadmap.
We seek a hands-on engineer who combines deep technical knowledge of wet chemical processing with strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will be responsible for equipment qualification, process control, safety, and documentation, ensuring compliance with Micron's quality standards and regulatory requirements. If you are passionate about semiconductor process development and want to impact memory technology at scale, this is the role for you.
