Job description
Join Micron, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, as a Staff Engineer – Wet Process Development for NAND in Singapore. In this role, you will drive the design, optimization, and qualification of wet chemical processes used to clean, etch, and prepare wafer surfaces for NAND flash devices. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, partnering with process, equipment, device, and yield teams to ensure scalable, robust manufacturing steps that deliver high yields and reliable device performance.
As a senior contributor on the Process Development team, you will plan and execute formal DOE experiments, analyze data, and translate lab findings into production-ready processes. You will develop process windows, chemistry specifications, and in-line controls, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols. You will contribute to technology roadmaps by evaluating new chemistries, materials, and tooling, and you will document procedures, risk assessments, and best practices for knowledge transfer to production.
Micron offers a collaborative, inclusive environment with opportunities for mentorship, hands-on technical growth, and leadership exposure across a global semiconductor organization. You will have a direct impact on NAND device performance, yield, and reliability, while advancing your career through ongoing training and exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies.
