Responsibility

  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all mechanical equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.

  • Plan and oversee maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and budget tracking for the plant's mechanical assets.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
  • Experience with reliability engineering tools, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD) and basic PLC understanding is a plus.
