Renesas is seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Engineer to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product continuity after mass production by managing the product lifecycle, resolving production and customer issues, and driving product quality improvements.
Responsibility
- Manage the product lifecycle from design to end-of-life
- Resolve production and customer issues related to the product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product quality improvements
- Support product ramp-up and transfer to production
- Conduct product data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
