Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and DSM-5-TR diagnoses
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians to coordinate care
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests; prepare integrated reports
- Document sessions and maintain HIPAA-compliant records
- Engage in supervision, peer consultation, and ongoing professional development
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- California licensure as a psychologist or eligibility to obtain licensure within 6 months
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in psychotherapy and assessment
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, IPT, DBT)
- Strong diagnostic interviewing, psychological testing, and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and culturally competent practice
