Bright Star Theatre Company is seeking a seasoned Stage Manager to join our dynamic ensemble in Los Angeles. You will orchestrate all aspects of production from tech rehearsals to final performance, ensuring artistic vision is realized on stage.

Responsibility
- Manage all stage operations from load-in to strike, ensuring on-time performances.
- Create and maintain cue sheets, call sheets, and production calendars.
- Coordinate with the director, designers, and performers to realize the artistic vision.
- Lead and supervise stage crew, manage tech rehearsals, and oversee transitions between scenes.
- Communicate schedule changes to cast and crew; manage rehearsals and performance calendars.
- Oversee props, set, and costume transitions; track inventory and maintenance.
- Assist with budgeting, administration, and post-show debriefs to drive continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of stage management on live theatre or performing arts productions.
- Proficiency with QLab, Vectorworks/AutoCAD, and MS Office; strong technical literacy.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities; proven track record coordinating diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and risk assessment in theatre environments.
