Responsibility
- Lead all aspects of production logistics from load-in to strike for performances and rehearsals.
- Coordinate rehearsal schedules, tech runs, and performance timetables with directors, designers, and stage crew.
- Oversee safety protocols, equipment checks, and compliance with venue requirements.
- Communicate with cast, crew, and artists; maintain clear call sheets and documentation.
- Manage prop lists, cueing, and coordination with lighting and sound teams.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and liaise with production management to ensure on-time show runs.
- Maintain production folders and post-show reports; contribute to post-production debriefs.
- Assist with budgeting, inventory, and vendor coordination when needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, Arts Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of stage management or production management experience in live theatre, dance, or concert settings.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team under pressure; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and time management.
- Familiarity with lighting, sound, and set equipment; proficiency with production software (e.g., QLab, Vectorworks, or equivalent).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
