Responsibility
- Drive the end-to-end development of a new startup – from ideation to execution.
- Conduct deep market research and validate product-market fit with data-driven experiments.
- Recruit, manage, and inspire a cross-functional founding team.
- Build investor-ready pitch decks and present to stakeholders for funding rounds.
- Establish lean, scalable operational strategies to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with senior advisors, venture partners, and industry experts.
- Leverage NextGen’s resources to access customers, pilot programs, and capital.
- Pivot and iterate concepts based on real-world traction and user feedback.
Qualification
- Proven entrepreneurial drive with 2+ years founding or leading a startup, innovation team, or new business unit.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding communication and pitch skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using market research and data to validate ideas.
- Solid understanding of MVP development, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising process.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable embracing ambiguity and rapid change.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree a strong plus.
- Strong Silicon Valley network or demonstrated ability to build one quickly.
