VentureForge Collective is a premier platform that accelerates early-stage startups through strategic mentorship, robust network access, and practical growth programs. We are seeking a Startup Growth Lead to spearhead growth initiatives across user acquisition, partnerships, and product-market fit for ambitious entrepreneurs.
In this role, you will partner with founders, product teams, and external stakeholders to design and execute data-driven experiments that unlock scalable growth and sustainable revenue models.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to attract early adopters and high-potential customers.
- Lead strategic partnerships, co-marketing, and ecosystem collaborations with accelerators, universities, and corporate sponsors.
- Build and optimize lifecycle funnels (activation, retention, monetization) using quantitative experimentation.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ideate, test, and scale new growth initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify white spaces and validate new business models.
- Create investor and stakeholder-ready materials, including dashboards and narratives for fundraising rounds.
- Mentor cross-functional teams on lean startup principles and fast experimentation.
Qualification
- 5+ years in growth, business development, or entrepreneurship roles within startups or ecosystems.
- Proven track record of driving user growth, revenue, or partnerships in early-stage ventures.
- Strong analytics and quantitative skills (SQL/Sheets, funnel metrics, A/B testing).
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or venture-backed environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with lean startup, product-market fit, and experimentation culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field (MBA preferred).
